Your team can be competitive and battle it out on the dodgeball court or just have a friendly game of fun. Two teams throw soft balls at each other while dodging the balls and avoiding being hit themselves. You can organise friends against friends, girls against boys, parents against kids. Keep moving and avoid a direct hit. A team claims victory when they get all the opposing players out. It will promote team building, test your reflexes and hand-eye co-ordination and it is a great cardio workout, although you will be having too much fun to realise you are working out!
Or try to slam dunk like a pro with a little bit of extra bounce! Get creative and try out some moves while you bounce and slam. You will definitely work up a sweat.
