Children must be at least 2 years of age to use the facilities. For the enjoyment and safety of all jumpers we have designated trampoline areas for different ages and/or heights:

Free Jump Space Over 110cm
Big Air Bag All ages, supervised
Games Space All ages, supervised 
Wall Trampoline Over 110cm
Junior Trampoline Space 2 - 8 years of age
Little Astronauts Playground 2 - 5 years of age

 

{slider Can I buy tickets at the door?|closed}

Tickets are available at the door. However, to avoid any disappointment in missing out on jumping time during peak times we do suggest booking in advance online.

{slider How long can I jump for?|closed}

Most tickets allow for up to one hour, with additional time available at a reduced rate. Please refer to our pricing section for more information.

{slider Do parents have to pay to get in?|closed}

Payment is required for anyone using the trampoline equipment. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun, however, if you would prefer to sit and watch your child there is no entry fee and you can relax and enjoy our Barista coffee in the café.

{slider What payment methods are accepted?|closed}

Cash, credit card and EFTPOS are available at GravityX. Booking online will require a credit card payment. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

{slider Can I bring my own socks?|closed}

When using GravityX trampoline equipment it is a requirement that GravityX grip socks are worn at all times. The cost of a pair of GravityX grip socks is $3.00. Depending on the condition of the socks, you may reuse your GravityX grip socks for future visits. 

{slider Is there a weight limit?|closed}

For safety reasons, you must be under 110kg to use the facilities.

{slider Do I need to sign a waiver?|closed}

No, by participating in activities at GravityX you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Entry,which are displayed throughout the facility. 

{slider Can I bring my own food and drink?|closed}

Due to health regulations, outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, our infinity café serves a range of cold and hot food and drinks.

{slider Do I have to wear special clothes for trampolining?|closed}

For your own safety and comfort, we recommend wearing appropriate active wear. Items such as belt buckles, key chains, loose jewellery, studs or other sharp/dangerous objects (at the staff's discretion) must be removed. You must also remove all items from your pockets. GravityX grip socks must be worn at all times.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available. However, you will be able to reschedule your session within 24 hours and subject to availability. Please contact our GravityX Team on (02) 4932 9988.

{slider Can someone teach me how to do flips and jumps?|closed}

Trampoline classes will be coming at a future date.

{slider Can I take photos and video?|closed}

To prevent injury, cameras, phones, action cameras, selfie sticks etc are NOT allowed on the trampolines. Parents and friends are welcome to take photos and videos in accordance with our privacy policy, and our terms of entry.

{slider Can I leave my child at GravityX and pick them up later?|closed}

GravityX does not provide child minding. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age and remain on the premises at all times.

Our address is 18 Bradmill Avenue, Rutherford, NSW.

There is plenty of onsite and off street parking. 

{slider Are there any facilities for babies?|closed}

Yes! At GravityX we have a designated parents room, complete with a lounge, baby changing table, sink and microwave for feeding babies in a more quiet environment.

{slider Is trampolining safe?|closed}

Like most sporting activities, there is potential for injury or harm whilst trampolining. Here at GravityX your safety is our top priority so you must follow our instructions and rules at all times. We ask that all customers take time to read our  safety rules which are displayed throughout the park and on our website.

Our trained staff will supervise and monitor compliance to our rules. If anyone is found not to be complying with the safety rules and regulations they may be asked to leave the facility immediately.

Any person with specific medical or health concerns should consult their doctor before participating in trampolining. Pregnant women and participants wearing casts are not permitted on the equipment.
