Without pre-purchasing a ticket, GravityX can not guarantee a jump session.

Party Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum of 10 per party booking.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance of payment is required at least 7 days prior to the party.
  • Gravity X cannot offer a refund of monies paid for guests who do not show to the party.
  • Where full payment has been received and the party is cancelled with less than 5 days notice then no refunds are given.
  • Where full payment has been received and the party is cancelled with more than 5 days notice then all payment will be refunded, less the $100 deposit.
  • Where a party is rescheduled with more than 7 days notice then the $100 deposit and any other payments will be applied to the alternate booking.
  • Where a party is rescheduled with less than 7 days notice then any payments made will be applied to the alternate booking, less the $100 deposit.
  • A party may only be rescheduled one time.
  • All party food is to be supplied by Gravity X, with the exception of a birthday cake (storage and refrigeration of your own birthday cake cannot be guaranteed).
  • At least one adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the party and that adult is responsible for the party guests.
  • No decorating of the party room walls or ceilings is permitted. Balloons are permitted.
  • Any damage to the party rooms or facilities will be at the expense of the party host.
