- Minimum of 10 per party booking.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance of payment is required at least 7 days prior to the party.
- Gravity X cannot offer a refund of monies paid for guests who do not show to the party.
- Where full payment has been received and the party is cancelled with less than 5 days notice then no refunds are given.
- Where full payment has been received and the party is cancelled with more than 5 days notice then all payment will be refunded, less the $100 deposit.
- Where a party is rescheduled with more than 7 days notice then the $100 deposit and any other payments will be applied to the alternate booking.
- Where a party is rescheduled with less than 7 days notice then any payments made will be applied to the alternate booking, less the $100 deposit.
- A party may only be rescheduled one time.
- All party food is to be supplied by Gravity X, with the exception of a birthday cake (storage and refrigeration of your own birthday cake cannot be guaranteed).
- At least one adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the party and that adult is responsible for the party guests.
- No decorating of the party room walls or ceilings is permitted. Balloons are permitted.
- Any damage to the party rooms or facilities will be at the expense of the party host.
